Your Role

As an AI Engineer, you'll build AI-powered communication experiences across Supernova and Superflow. You'll work with foundation models and voice AI to help people turn speech into clear writing, communicate across languages, and get useful feedback on how they express themselves. The role combines product engineering with prompting, evaluation, and building reliable AI systems. You'll prototype quickly, learn from real usage, and improve quality, latency, and cost on the shared platform behind our communication coach and daily copilot. Much of this work is still being figured out, so you'll need to experiment and make decisions when there isn't an established answer.
